BALAS, the Business Association for Latin American Studies, is the first academic association to focus exclusively on business and economics in Latin America and the Caribbean. Scholars from around the world participate in the annual conference known for its solid academic standards and for being congenial, open, supportive and fun.
Nova SBE will host the BALAS 2022 Annual Conference. This will be a hybrid conference that will happen on June 11-13th, 2022. The deadline to submit papers is February 14th, 2022.
The Center of Paradox and Organization will support the special conference track: "Embracing paradoxes: Organizational performance and societal progress".
