The project partners of the European Forum on Paradox and Pluralism (EUFORPP) got together on September 5 and 6 for a symposium hosted by the Geneva School of Economics and Management (University of Geneva, Switzerland). The symposium was chaired by Sebastian Raisch (University of Geneva) and Jonathan Schad (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam & University of Geneva).
The symposium provided a unique opportunity to discuss the latest thinking and future developments of paradox research. The highlight was a keynote speech by Professor Pratima Bansal (Ivey Business School, Western University, Canada) on the insights of a systems perspective for the future development of the field.
